Thiago Gonçalves is an illustrator based in Brazil, creating artwork for editorial, children's publishing, and advertising clients worldwide.

Based in southern Brazil, Thiago lives with his partner and their two senior dogs. He grew up surrounded by the visual and musical culture of the 90s, with MTV, cartoons, and a constant soundtrack in the background. Humor has always been an important part of the way he sees the world and naturally finds its way into his work.

Before becoming an illustrator, Thiago spent more than 15 years working with photography, which shaped the way he looks at people, everyday moments, and the world around him. These days, he spends most of his time drawing, looking at art, listening to good music, drinking coffee, and finding inspiration in the ordinary things around him.
